Sarah provides both public and private sector clients with support in the areas of change management, organisation development and strategic HR.
Sarah is a people change and development specialist. Her clients’ focus is most often on developing people-centred change, culture-shift, change leadership, or a combination of all three. Sarah has been supporting individuals and organisations to develop their full potential for more than 20 years.
Sarah is a qualified executive coach and mentor, and a certified change management practitioner. A member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and a fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA), she is also a mentor on the Aspire Foundation mentor programme.
Sarah set up Green Room Development to grow, support and mobilise public sector leaders to inspire and empower their people through change. Sarah helps leaders transform capability by supporting them to collaborate more effectively across the workforce in building safer, more sustainable communities now and for future generations.
Before setting up Green Room Development, Sarah had a long career in change management, people and organisation development and strategic HR. Sarah has worked in both private and public sector roles. She has worked in start-ups and small businesses, to world-famous broadcasting and media tech, to central and local government, and within criminal justice organisations.
