Specifically designed to support people who have found themselves in conflict to be able to manage and where possible, resolve.
The coaching conversation is a safe and confidential space to discuss and explore all aspects and perspectives of the conflict and consider options for resolution with someone who is entirely neutral to the situation. Just like in other forms of coaching, the coachee, not the coach is responsible for the outcome. The coach honours the coachee as the expert in their own life and believes they hold the answers to their personal dilemmas.
Conflict coaching takes place standalone or alongside mediation processes.
What do you get from it?
One to three 90-minute sessions alongside mediation processes
The process itself helps the coachee find the clarity needed to make situation-appropriate decisions which will assist them in managing or resolving the conflict.
